It is an Austrian civil law partnership (Ges. b. R.) headquartered in Vienna and currently comprises 10 members. The decisions taken at the 2nd Pan-European Conference of Crete (March 1994) and the 3rd Pan-European Conference at Helsinki (June 1997) provided the basis for the foundation of the ARGE Korridor X.
